Why we need ‘Clipping path’ service?
Ans: In graphic design industry, clipping path is the promotional key for removing background , isolating objects from images, photo cutout, create a mask, photoshop edit and any kind of design related tasks.
A clipping path generally depicts a hard-edged mask that hides unwanted image elements. Clipping paths are typically used to hide the background of any image or to make the masked portion transparent.
Do you provide Monthly Payment facilities?
Ans: We have Monthly Payment (via Bank transfe) options only for Regular Clients with Bulk orders (above USD $500).
Please explain your Payment method?
Ans: Fotoclipping.com offers different kind of payment method for different projects. It is explained below:
Regular payment:
For low volume Image Editing jobs such as (Clipping path, Masking, photo retouch etc) Payment via PayPal is preferred. Here we will submit 30% of total work done files first, after receiving full payment, we will submit the job 100%.
Monthly Payment:
Monthly payment is only applicable for our Regular Clients with Bulk orders (above USD 500$). Here payment can be made via Wire transfer. End of every month, we will provide Monthly invoice with complete details Date wise.
Project wise Payment:
For Long time Big projects such as (Web Development, Bulk Animation or Photo editing orders etc) Payment in steps is applicable.
-Initial payment 25% when the job is started.
-2nd Payment after 50% of the total work done
-Next payment after 75% of the total work done
-After receiving full payment we will submit 100% Job done!
For Small Projects such as (One logo Design, One Banner/Background/Brochure Design etc) Client must pay 50% of total cost when the job is started. After the job is complete, we will provide low resolution, water marked JPEG file, only after full payment received, we will submit High resolution original file (PSD, AI etc) to our clients.
What is the term and Policies for Re-do Images, if I am not satisfied with the job done?
Ans: After Payment, if any job/task reqiure Re-do, Client not satisfied, want a better quality, we are ready to Re-do The job without any extra charge. For your kind information: If Client provided worng information, then we must Charge for Re-do.
May I Apply for Test work without Registration?
Ans: Yes, Test files can be transferred via Free trial Form on our website, e-mail(as attached files) OR client can use Rapidshare/Yousendit/Dropshare/Mailbigfile.com. No need to Registration for trial jobs.
What is Free Trial jobs?
Ans: Fotoclipping.com offers Free Trial Services for Image Editing jobs to our new clients, to be ensured about our quality. It’s not necessary to be our registered client to get this facility. Anytime you can send us Free Trial job via our Free Trial form on web. We offer up to USD $6 Free Trial service!
Is there any limitation for Minimum image number or Maximum Image number per client can send?
Ans: For test job 3 images are allowed. For live job, there is no limitation.
Is there any limitation for File size? If Yes, What is that?
Ans: There is no limitation.
What are special facilities for Regular Clients?
Ans: We try our best to serve our regular Clients. We offer Flat rate, Fixed and tight TAT, Bank transfer facility, monthly invoice for proper tracing of previous jobs.
Do you always maintain Turnaround times?
Ans: YES. To maintain TAT is our priority. We are determined to maintain it with heart and soul. For some unavoidable reason, if we fail to maintain TAT, then we inform our client as early as possible for considering extra time.
How I can trust you with my confidential Images?
Ans: We have FTP (File Transfer Protocol) service for all existing/active clients. Client will login with different user ID and Password. This information is only known to admin and that particular client. We never publish them; we preserve our Client’s confidentiality.
How to submit Bulk orders?
Ans: To submit bulk orders FTP is the best.
What is your Discount policy?
Ans: We have some Discount policy for our Active Clients/Regular Clients/Clients with Bulk order.
How do you decide Image complexity for pricing?
Ans: Total working time that an expert hand needs to complete the work for Image Editing Tasks!
How to provide instructions for my tasks?

What about missing images?
Ans: Our team is very careful and conscious about their tasks. There is no possibility to miss image. If we get information that any image or images missing from our end, we send that/those files immediately.
